Chairman’s Message:
Education is not only what a student learns. It is who they become.
“That is the Soundarya we envisioned. And the one we will keep building.”
Warm greetings to the Soundarya family!
Twenty years ago, we set out to build more than a school. We wanted a place where young minds could be curious, ask bold questions and grow in confidence.
Every student has something unique to offer. So we give them the freedom to think, the courage to experiment and the values to use what they learn for the good of others. Academic excellence, creativity, discipline, culture, wellbeing and social responsibility matter equally here, because life asks for all of them.
The world will keep changing. Our promise is an education that stays relevant, progressive and human, preparing students not just to adapt to change, but to shape it.
To the teachers, staff, students, parents and well-wishers who carried our spirit forward: thank you. Twenty years is a milestone, not a destination.
Mr. Soundarya P Manjappa
Chairman, Soundarya Educational Trust (R)
Managing Director’s Message:
Twenty years of building trust, one student at a time.
“To make the Soundarya of tomorrow better than the Soundarya of today.”
Growing with Soundarya
The early years were not easy. Building an institution takes patience, and the courage to keep going when the road is long. Every challenge taught us something about what it means to earn people’s trust.
For us, growth has only ever meant one thing: finding better ways to serve our students. That is why we invest in academic support, mentorship, activities and facilities, so every student can explore, participate and leave with real faith in themselves and a clear sense of direction.
This is built every day by our teachers and staff, through care, commitment and their willingness to give their best, and by the trust of our parents and the energy of our students.
Twenty years gives us much to be proud of. It also gives us a responsibility: to make the Soundarya of tomorrow better than the Soundarya of today.

CEO’s Message:
Many Minds. One Vision. A Future We Build Together.
“We are not looking to change who we are, but to expand what we can become.”
How can we make learning better, more relevant and more meaningful for the students of tomorrow?
That is the question guiding Soundarya into its next chapter. The world our students are entering is changing fast. We cannot predict exactly what it will demand, but we can build in them the curiosity, adaptability and confidence to meet it.
For us, innovation is never about novelty. It is about better ways to learn: experimentation, problem-solving, collaboration and experiences that reach far beyond the classroom, connecting what students learn today to the world they will step into tomorrow.
Progress does not mean leaving our foundations behind. Discipline, responsibility, respect and human connection will always sit at the heart of Soundarya.
The next chapter will be shaped by what we have learnt, and defined by what we have the courage to build.

Director’s Message:
Creating Possibilities
“Every step should help a student move forward with greater confidence.”
We began with modest resources and a clear belief: every student deserves the chance to discover what they can become.
Over the years, we have built more than a classroom. We have built an environment of opportunities to learn, participate, experiment and take responsibility, and to find interests students never knew they had.
For me, development matters only when students feel its impact, whether through better learning spaces, academic support, mentorship or exposure beyond the classroom.
No two students are alike. Some shine in academics, others in sport, leadership, creativity or collaboration. Our job is to create enough avenues for every student to find their own path.
We have a strong foundation. Our task now is to build on it with purpose, in ways that open new possibilities for every student who walks through our doors.

Managing Trustee’s Message:
The People We Become
“Not just prepared for their future, but able to make a meaningful difference.”
The PU years are more than a bridge between school and a career.
This is when young people begin making choices for themselves, discover their strengths and decide who they want to be.
At Soundarya, students find the confidence to ask questions, the freedom to make mistakes and the guidance to find their own way, in an environment where they feel supported, valued and encouraged to grow.
We believe values are learnt through experience: working with others, taking responsibility, respecting different perspectives and contributing to the community. These everyday moments shape how students think, decide and treat others.
My hope is that every student leaves carrying far more than marks and qualifications: confidence in themselves, respect for others and a sense of responsibility towards the world.

Managing Trustee’s Message:
What We Stand For
“An education inclusive in spirit, rooted in culture and open to possibility.”
Education becomes meaningful when every student has the space to learn, participate, question and discover their own strengths.
We do not believe every student must follow the same path. Young people learn, express themselves and discover their abilities differently. We build an environment where those differences are respected and every student finds purpose and belonging.
Education is also an encounter with the world beyond ourselves. Through culture, language, the arts, sport and diverse perspectives, students learn to appreciate where they come from while staying open to people and ideas beyond their own experience.
Our vision is a community where every student can find their place, discover their voice and learn to value the voices of others.
That, to us, is what education should stand for.
