The Department of Computer Science at Soundarya Institute of Management and Science (SIMS) successfully organized a one-week Bootcamp on “AI with Python”, exclusively for Soundarya Composite PU College students.
This Bootcamp aimed to introduce pre-university students to the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on learning in Python programming—a key tool in today’s tech-driven era. The sessions were designed to foster problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and basic model-building skills through practical coding experiences.

To honour the enthusiastic participation and dedication of the students, a Certificate Distribution Ceremony was held on:

Best Project Award
As part of the bootcamp activities, students worked on mini-projects to apply their learning. We are proud to announce that Ishan B R from II PUC ‘C’ Section was recognized with the Best Project Award for his outstanding performance and innovative application of AI concepts.
The ceremony acknowledged the hard work of the participants and encouraged them to pursue deeper explorations into AI and programming. It also marked the commitment of SIMS and SCPUC towards nurturing 21st-century skills and fostering technological excellence among its students from the foundational level.
