The air was charged with passion and purpose as young minds took the stage on 24th June 2025 for a spirited Debate Competition that explored two thought-provoking themes:
1️⃣ The Impact of Fast Food on Global Food Culture
2️⃣ Access to Nutritious Food is a Basic Right, Not a Privilege
The event was graced by two exceptional moderators whose presence elevated the experience for all participants:
🔸 DTM Ramlal, Toastmaster of high repute, whose dynamic energy set the tone for articulate expression and respectful rebuttal.
🔸 Anushree Kamath, CEO of Happy Calf and passionate food rights advocate currently volunteering with Sathwik NGO, brought depth and ethical perspective to the discussions.
The competition sparked critical thinking, challenged popular notions, and encouraged students to analyze real-world food issues through a global lens. With compelling arguments, balanced reasoning, and a strong sense of social responsibility, the participants demonstrated that debates are not just about winning — they’re about understanding, awareness, and action.
